As others have said, it's nice to reach the Daily Container milestones faster. If you've completed all the grinds that interest you, the Bonuses can be helpful for the daily containers or any combat missions that track Ship XP Earned (Base XP Earned is different, though).

MAU (Monthly Active Users) is one of our primary tracked stats. It directly shows if people have the game downloaded and log-in to interact with it. It's a very important metric in terms of game health and stability.

Free-to-Play games have Churn, which is an inevitable as gravity because people move to other products/experiences over time, but charting the continued interaction from new and old players in a clear "Do people log in and play the game?" is a way to know about the continued interest in the product.

Looking into the event, the automated conversation for unused Vouchers was 1:150,000 Credits. This initially surprised me as I expected it would convert to Credits at the "buy Voucher" rate, but it was pointed out that could allow for people to buy Vouchers with non-Credit resources and then wait out the time period for a non-Discounted exchange to Credits. That would be a subversion of the coversion-rate concept, so Vouchers were converted at the output rate, not input rate.

I would suggest a CS Ticket. Customer Support governs account interactions and would be able to see what currency was used to purchase the Vouchers that weren't used. Having spare vouchers isn't likely a widespread issue, so they might be able to refund the "buy Voucher" amounts/types that you used for the vouchers you didn't spend.

The current Containers and Sequential Option is the only way to obtain her that we've announced.

We have committed to making ships available through a non-Random path and the Sequential Option provides 31 containers before you can purchase the ship directly for 1 Credit. The pathway costs 17,850 Doubloons and will provide additional things from the containers which are opened along the way. The offer is similar to an Admiral Pack.

Reddit can certainly be a spicy place, but their Mods do action stuff which is out of line. If you see something crazy, you should Report it.

As for our side of things, we use Customer Support Tickets. Whenever you experience an issue, please make a Ticket. It really goes a long way in getting these things handled.

Reddit is community moderated, and the moderators over there do action based on their rules.

The method for dealing with bad behavior in our game is Customer Support Tickets. This is how we action things and escalate repeat issues up to and including permanent sanctions.

There have been many threads disagreeing with our game mechanics. As long as the thread doesn't devolve to personal attacks or harassment of other players it's fine.

6.1km Concealment is more than 6km, but should still be pretty useable.
