Looks great, but a bit disappointed not seeing anything mentioned about trade performance lately.
We're waiting for updates from a few developers about this. They're investigating possible solutions but don't have any information to pass on yet.

We haven't changed them.
no arcane surge hiero bug fix?! why?
It requires a realm-restart patch. This is a hotfix that can be deployed without taking the whole realm down.
Out of the loop - what happened on xbox that was so devastating it requires a huge rollback like that?
We have a post with more explanation coming up soon. Edit: More information here.
Any eta on Xbox servers coming back up?
Unfortunately, in order to resolve the issue we've uncovered, we must execute a full Xbox realm rollback, bringing the servers back to the state prior to our most recent patch. This means that any progress gained within that hour will be lost. Our deepest apologies for this, but the significant economic damage that occurred must be undone so that it's fair for everyone.
This is a pretty tone deaf response when the character dies with full life during what should be a grace period.
It's my fault that there was a disconnect in the reply here. Sorry about that. Among a couple of other adjustments, one of the things we're fixing is this situation where you can receive damage during this period.

I'm still always here and working with the community team on every post that's made. Also, if you have a look at my post history I still post from my account with some frequency.
That seems to be the lowest impact way of handling the issue for crafting going forward. I appreciate the response.
Just an update, it looks like there will be some form of a fix being applied to existing items. I don't know exactly what that looks like just yet but I'll keep you posted once I find out.
Eh, its much easier to transport a painting to a hideout than a pirate. Plus I really like the NPC.

We need a /r/nocontextpoe subreddit.
Right on. Thanks Bex. Can you say what form it will be in? Will you prevent cogworks from being able to be harvest crafted at all, or just lock them out of being synthesized?
What’s the plan for existing items with seven explicits?
It looks like items with implicit modifiers stating "Implicit Modifiers Cannot Be Changed" would no longer able to Synthesised via Harvest crafting. I'm not sure what happens with existing items like this, I have a hunch, but I'll need to double check before confirming. Just waiting for a few more people to arrive at the studio and then I'll see what I can find out.
We have a fix for this on the way.

Monday was a public holiday in NZ so the weekend was a little longer than usual. We had people working over the weekend preparing a patch to address some common crashes. It looks like this should be out tomorrow but I can't confirm that just yet as they're still testing some elements of it.
Not acknowledging the latest patch massively increased crashes for many players is not cool.
According to our logs, the main crash people are experiencing was happening prior to this most recent patch. With the new crashes people are experiencing after this patch, we're finding that in a lot of cases it's resolved once people run pack checks (on the stand alone client) or verifying the client integrity (on steam). If you're experiencing crashes since 3.13.1 we recommend trying the above steps in case it helps. Having said that, we are still investigating these and looking into the root cause.
still hoping for some sort of heist affinity. any thoughts/updates on this?
I've raised this feedback but I don't have any updates to provide at this point.
Just to clarify, the last time this was reported we found that it wasn't the case. We've been investigating these reports again and haven't found an issue yet. We'll run a few more tests before we confirm this but we currently suspect that master missions are spawning correctly.
but a massive portion of players, even those with high end setups, are experiencing performance problems ever since that was introduced.
Correlation doesn't equal causation. It's perfectly possible performance issues are caused by other things in 3.13 rather than texture streaming
👍
The trade site was being negatively affected by a third party tool. At one point 50% of our trade site traffic was coming from this tool. We’ve temporarily blocked it to fix the issue and spoken to the developer to let them the know the problem. The trade site should be working okay again now.
We've passed this feedback onto the team and we'll try to sort something out for 3.14.
