It was in Ranked before, but I don't believe it was ever it's own game mode as a standalone.
There are no "shenanigans", it's a new mode so sometimes the hyper-specific things like the MIssouri's credit gain can be overlooked.

If you're fairly certain you've encountered a bug, we'd like to encourage you to submit it to the Game Support section of the WoWS ticket queues, within a section where bugs are asked for, or to create a post within this sub-forum.
Remove your mods and try again before sending in a bug report as mods tend to be the culprit, YES I know we have made it automatic, I will state it as I am sure someone will find a work around.
DO NOT just move your old mods into the new mods folder, make sure they are updated!

What it's saying there is that, to earn the mission, you must:
Complete the Collection.
If you completed the collection during Kots 13, you must have obtained at least ONE of the pieces from the stream drop itself (Not only the containers from the armory)
If you completed the collection BEFORE Kots 13, you still must obtain ONE of the pieces from the stream drop.
The bottom line is, to earn the camo mission, you must have watched at least 90 minutes of the Official Stream at some point during Kots13 and earned a drop.
Which issues regarding spotting are you referring to?
CV spotting has been adjusted over time to make it less oppressive. Currently the most major adjustments that affected gameplay were:
Dropped fighters no longer spot at maximum range
Destroyer air-spotting reduced. Rockets are essentially unable to get a lock on a DD from it's own spotting if the DD keeps it's AA off

I said chess geeks because I meant chess geeks.
As I understand it, and I could be wrong, Chess is one where the best bots can still never beat the best humans.
It was a playful attempt to acknowledge chess and how deep it’s gone into AI opponents.
So you guys should be aware by now that I don’t play PvE. That’s just my choice because I enjoy playing against other humans.
What I haven’t heard yet is exactly what a “balanced PvE experience” is like in your opinions.
Rather than “Don’t do X again, that sucked” or “More like Y this time because I liked that” - what exactly do you feel is the right way a Coop experience should be?
Bots in any game will never ever outmatch humans unless they cheat (chess geeks sit down). Since I can safely assume you don’t want cheating bots, and you don’t want 4-minute matches with low XP, and you don’t want 10 minute matches where bots kite and live longer….
What’s the “Magic Torpedo” for PvE players?
