This is 100% the correct way to give feedback when numbers are available.
Thank you for doing this work. I will happily make a note of this and pass it along.

This is not on-topic...
Testing Submarines for 7v7 was done in Ranked.
Testing for Randoms was to test for 12v12 and the primary game mode.
Don't conflate balancing adjustments with trying to prepare and entire new class of ships.

And Salem has the absolute worst WR.
I'd never call the Salem underpowered. I'd say that most people probably don't realize that the Salem is all about that super-heal and the super-heal doesn't work if you take citadels or torpedoes. Salems are in fact seen in KOTS and in CB seasons where there are no carriers because of the specific things it does extremely well.
Petro is certainly good in randoms - no question. I would not call it "broken" in randoms. I would also not call Stalingrad "broken" in randoms even though it has the #1 WR.
Again, I'm not arguing here that the Petro isn't too good - I'm arguing that there is a fine line when it comes to balancing and that baby steps are often more appropriate than leaps.
FOR EXAMPLE: I wanted more than a 5% nerf to FDR plane HP I wanted a nerf to the TB's ability to turn 90 degrees and not lose accuracy.

This topic is borderline just trolling at it's creation.
While I love a good performance and satire, this topic needs to be something constructive like, "Zao buffs not enough" and an explanation of what you want and why.
Don't be afraid to do the work to make your point well.

And Golden Lion has the 2nd. I'd hardly call it overpowered

Yeah - Petro is hardly broken in randoms. It's mediocre at best because of the DPM and lackluster accuracy at range.
It's the armor and the pen angles that allow the top competitives to exploit it. In the game of out-trading your opponent, Petro just resists too much damage. Without completely revamping the armor scheme (making it a new ship basically), you have to adjust the other details.

See, this is the biggest thing.
Zao suffered "power creep" as 457mm guns became more common. These guns will overmatch the deck, making Zao a huge liablity to take more often than not.
Respectfully, most of you here are missing the most glaring issue the Zao has in my opinion - the Turret Angles...

The reason why Petro is regarded as so strong is because:

50mm deck and upper hull - Nothing overmatches it and most cruiser HE shatters. This makes it extremely resistant to most shells.

Sits very low in the water - Citadel is hard to hit even broadside because it's "The First Submarine".

Advanced Penetration Angles on AP - The guns have Stalingrad pen angles and extremely high velocity.

Thin top-down profile makes it extra-resistant to most CV's.

All this makes the Petro just too damn useful to NOT take in competitive modes where things get hyper-optimized.
I realize that a half-second reload nerf seems low. You have to understand that things like the Petro have to be balanced delicately and carefully because the top players / clans in the game will determine whether or not something is broken as they optimize. No joke, there will come a reload time when the top clans go, "ye...

I've already relayed the text oversight. The Mission screen in-game reached by hitting "Tab" is the only thing I've seen so far that states Battle Points can be spent in the armory. Easy to see why as that screen is peripheral at best.
The decision was made to no longer require battle points to unlock modules. We all just GET the modules so you can configure your Twilight bote immediately how you want it configured. That's confusing, to be sure, as to why Battle Points even exist then if they're not part of the armory.
They still exist as a parallel earning potential to BXP. So, to complete the two missions that earn Twilight Tokens this week, you can do so by obtaining Battle Points in Twilight Battles AND base XP in the other game modes listed. They all count towards the Twilight Tokens.
In this iteration Battle Points are simply a mode-specific tracker for your progress in Twilight.

Yep! It's a bug that will be fixed soon. Any affected player will be credited any credits that were spent on the repair costs.

T10 non-techtree ships are considered "Special", not premium. Early Access ships from tech trees are also considered Special.
Special Ships function as Premium in every way EXCEPT increased credit earnings.
Salem, Yoshino, ARP Yamato, etc... all are "Special Ships" as well as the German Battlecruiser line until they are fully released in the tech tree.

That's an excellent question and does seem like a line of text was not changed when it should have been - I will inquire and get back!

So some friends and I were talking about which Dockyard ships we enjoy or don't, and I was curious to take a poll of all of you and see which ship you had not received from the Dockyard that you wish you had. I don't want this to turn into a shooting gallery of "which ship sucks or rocks", but now that we've done six I'm curious to get an idea of which one people regret not going for.

This is a thread for announcing a small bug and the intention to fix it quickly. If you have suggestions on how to improve the game-modes, I suggest making a constructive thread about it in General Discussion.

Down towards the bottom :)
Sweet camos for a variety of T8-T9 ships! Personally I love the steampunk style camouflages. There are commanders that are available for Battle Points too if you are in need of a 10-point commander!

Captains and Heroes!

Please be informed that currently there is an issue with service costs for ships in Twilight hung battle type. Each battle in Fangblade, Thornridge and Lobster-Eyed costs the same as Tier 10 ship battle – 180 000 credits. This is not as it is supposed to be.

We’re preparing the fix to be rolled out as soon as possible to make their service cost equal zero, and after that we’ll prepare a list of affected players and will return players their credits spent while playing these ships.
Apologies for the inconvenience any of you may have experienced, but we'll make sure your credits are returned to you!

Forgive my ignorance here…

Can you guys quickly clue me in to what 2/7 and 1/8 reference?

Is that something to do with the number of human players actually in the match?

First thing to do is to contact Customer Support through a ticket. This is their wheelhouse and should be able to help.

If they are not, I can inquire to find out if there is a work-around for Direct-Express or Amazon Pay
