We have become aware of an issue preventing players from authenticating via the launcher as of 15:40 GMT. We’re currently looking into this issue and we will let you know as soon as we have any updates.

Updates will be posted here as well as on the EVE Status twitter.

Update: We should now be back and accepting connections as of 16:09. Some of our web services should be coming back online for login within the next few minutes.

Triglavian damage ramping drones would be pretty terrifying.

I for one want to see EDENCOM vorton projector drones that accidentally bug zap each other when you have a whole flight of them out

We’re following Icelandic guidelines for the situation as they are updated. If the situation worsens and social distancing guidelines become more strict again it’s possible we may not be able to offer a tour.

At the moment things are quite stable here however, so as long as visitors have been cleared after their flight (there is currently a 24 hour isolation pending a COVID test I believe) then we’d be happy to show them around. We have hand sanitizer around every corner in the office here as well.

A solid suggestion - having to click into each comment to get context does make using the user profile view a bit slower to comprehend.

I’ll see what we can do as far as forum settings go, not sure if there’s an option for this available or if it would be more detailed coding work.

The main test server for EVE Online is called Singularity, or Sisi for short. On here you are free to test upcoming features and changes, as well as participating in mass tests organized by CCP. Sisi is used by players like yourself, CCP developers and ISD Bughunting volunteers to test.

To add to this, we’ve been looking into the issue and it seems to be a problem with the intro movie. Hitting escape closes that movie and then everything else seems to work fine.

We’re working on a fix for that but this workaround should hopefully work for you guys in the meantime.
