Considering we have no idea what Apoc's kit is no one can have any idea where he'll be good. There's also some data mines suggesting a new game mode so who knows...
It’s pretty easy to figure out where he has value based upon the current limitations and rewards in current game modes.
Folks. Note they don’t want to make blue iso more Available because that’s a bottleneck for apoc who will be power crept anyway in 3 months. Someone remind what mode apoc will be useful in outside of arena?
They killed the strategic aspects of the game over the last 2 years. There is no longer any aspect of whet made the game fun for a lot of us which was creating teams from so many options. Everything is canned now and the only strategy is paying to get the team to counter new blocker X. It’s killed the fun for a lot of us and those that have Been here a long time that haven’t left yet are mostly here because of friendships at this point.

It's not the devs. Management asked them for a list of the least developed toons and saw that the minions have no investment and management saw this as an opportunity for a money grab.
