Gotcha, this may sound odd, but can you try connecting from a hot spot by chance and let me know if you can connect to Anthem that way? It sounds like something is blocking you from accepting the EULA/ToS on your normal connection and this has resolved that in the past.
Once you connect via a hot spot you should be able to get back in via your usual connection method.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with Origin popping up but not taking focus away from Anthem, which is why your mouse is stuttering around.
This is under investigation at the moment by the Origin team and should hopefully be resolved soon.

Should now be resolved, we couldn't do a mass roll up in power I'm afraid so any 75 level gear will still be 75 - but new versions will be the appropriate level.
