@islam_Mokhtari_2 Hiya, it looks like your PSN ID and Origin ID are from different regions - as Sony region locks DLC you'll need to request a refund via PlayStation Support

@AegisFalcon Gotcha, have you tried repairing the game by right clicking it in the Origin library and selecting the Repair option?

@neto1aa That's really odd, can you try a full uninstall http://bit.ly/ManualOriginUninstall and then redownload to see if that resolves it?

@ScarySquirrel Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?

 

This will force the console to clear the cache, hopefully resolving the issue as well.
