Hey @MumbuI 

If your Steam account has been banned for some reason, you need to contact Steam support in order to dispute that sanction. We are not able to remove sanctions on Steam.

Just in case, please also download the game on the EA app and check if you can play it.

You can only reset account progress like that by unlinking your platform account from your EA profile. There is a warning that you must accept when making any changes.

There is no way to restore content from a banned account. Unfortunately, if the response is final, there is no way to change it.

If your account was banned,  we cannot change that, and as I mentioned above, you will need to appeal the ban directly with our Terms of Service team.

But do you see both console profiles linked to your EA account, as mentioned above? Your account may have been registered with the same email, but they need to be linked to the same EA account before October 26th in order to be included in the cross progression update.
