You can only reset account progress like that by unlinking your platform account from your EA profile. There is a warning that you must accept when making these changes. Is that what happened on your account?

If your Steam account has been banned for some reason, you need to contact Steam support in order to dispute that sanction. We are not able to remove sanctions on Steam.

Just in case, please also download the game on the EA app and check if you can play it.

There is no way to restore content from a banned account. Unfortunately, if the response is final, there is no way to change it.
