The process has not been completed yet, so if your console accounts have been linked in the past to the same EA account, you just need to wait.
The Cross Progression for Apex Legends will be rolling out gradually over the next few weeks.
So the progression transfer will only be available if both your platform accounts are linked to the same EA account.
Hey @CreativeDex if you have different emails for your PSN and Xbox accounts, it won't impact the cross-progression transfer, as long as both platform accounts are linked to the same EA account. Your progress will only be available within your EA account, among those linked accounts.
The game installation date won't affect this if your account was created before the cross-progression release date.
It is important to keep your console account linked to your EA accounts as some player lose their progress by unlinking platform accounts.
Generally speaking, your game progress is saved on your EA account, so if you have your platform accounts, like a PSN account, linked to your EA profile, your progress will merge automatically in Apex Legends. The cross-progression will happen within the same EA account. This process will be completed within the upcoming weeks.
Hey @gergelybal23 If you are thinking about unlinking your platform account from your EA account, and then linking it with another profile, this will only reset your account progress. There is currently no way to merge two separate EA accounts together.
