Hey @CreativeDex  if you have different emails for your PSN and Xbox accounts, it won't impact the cross-progression transfer, as long as both platform accounts are linked to the same EA account. Your progress will only be available within your EA account, among those linked accounts.

The game installation date won't affect this if your account was created before the cross-progression release date.

 

It is important to keep your console account linked to your EA accounts as some player lose their progress by unlinking platform accounts.

Hey @Danyrobttttttttt 

Generally speaking, your game progress is saved on your EA account, so if you have your platform accounts, like a PSN account, linked to your EA profile, your progress will merge automatically in Apex Legends. The cross-progression will happen within the same EA account. This process will be completed within the upcoming weeks.

Hey @gergelybal23 If you are thinking about unlinking your platform account from your EA account, and then linking it with another profile, this will only reset your account progress. There is currently no way to merge two separate EA accounts together.

We don't know if this will change in the future, but please remember that if you unlink your platform account, it will reset your progress.

Hey @g6eoekc7h1a6 Unfortunately, you cannot move your account progress between two different accounts to merge your progress. This is only available within the same EA account linked to a specific platform account.
