Apex Legends has been discontinued - so unfortunately, there won't be any kind of release as the app has been taken off the market.
EA has a zero tolerance policy - if there is evidence that you broke this policy, then it doesn't matter if the other party also broke the rules. And as already said, when a dispute is put in, all evidence is being evaluated.
At this point, there's nothing else to be done to get your account unbanned.

if you're getting the automated email that says that your account and ban has been investigated and has been found to be correct, then there's nothing else to be done. Further emailing and contacting will only give you the same result as the investigation has already been concluded after the first few ban disputes.

if your progress disappeared after relinking accounts, there is no way of getting that progress back, unfortunately, even if you have proof that you owned it before.

You can contact them through the same website - only thing you have to do, if you're currently logged in, is to click on your name in the top right corner and log yourself out. After that, you can use the website as normal, it will just warn you that you're using the website as a guest at some point.

so you got banned on an account that you don't have proper access to any more because you don't have access to the email?
In that case, you will need to change the email first. If you contact Support as a guest and tell them that you don't have access to your email anymore, they can help you change the email. After that, you can create a new case through the account that you have the ban on, in order to dispute that ban.

was your account banned or simply disabled? These are two different things.
If your account was banned, it's not possible to unlink an account, as linking it to a new EA account would be circumvention of the ban.

by closed, do you mean you were banned? If so, please contact EA Support if you want to dispute that ban.
We don't have access to account information here in the forum and can therefore not help you with account related issues such as bans or closed accounts.

unfortunately, progress is tied to an EA Account, not the PSN account. The only way to try and get your progress back is to regain access to the hacked EA account and linking the PSN account to it again.
There is no way to transfer progress from one EA account to another.
Please contact EA Support to try and regain access to your hacked account.
