Hello @FuriousOinker,
cross progression is only being rolled out gradually - if you haven't received the message in game yet, that you have cross progression, you won't have the ability to play with that Xbox progress on PC yet.
yes, as long as the accounts are linked, they will merge.
Hello @ce9b5524e531e323,
you will have to contact Support again - unfortunately, they are the only ones who can help with account situations like this.

Yes, your PSN account and your EA account don't need to have the same login details - the link is the important part here.
Now you'll just have to wait for the pop-up message that will prompt you to get cross progression, which will happen in the next few weeks.
Hello @naif_rf1,
what method of contact did you use? Did you try contacting them via E-Mail? If so, it can take several days for an answer to arrive. However, if you cannot access your e-mail, then you won't be able to access the e-mail reply from support.
I would suggest trying to start a chat or contacting support while you're not logged in, so as a guest, so you can put in an e-mail of your choice as the e-mail that support should send the reply to.
Hello @naif_rf1,
please contact EA Support regarding this issue, as we don't have access to account information here in the forum.

Hello @JacobH762,
if you unlinked your PSN account from your current EA account it is linked to, you would automatically lose most, if not all, of your progress. This is also explained in the article regarding unlinking accounts.

So even if there wasn't the one account in a lifetime limit, ...
Hello @king808kealii,
if you relinked your accounts, you will lose access to your items, and it will cause issues with many other features, such as the battle pass. This is explained in the article regarding unlinking accounts.

Cross progression is being rolled out in waves at random, yes. Simply wait and you should get the message in the upcoming weeks.
The prompt will appear on whichever platform you play first, after cross progression is rolled out to you.
Hello @cool56298,
cross progression is being rolled out to the players gradually - you will get the message to merge in the upcoming weeks.
Please wait for a while longer as the process to get cross progression to everyone is still ongoing.
Hello @ShirakoDaKid,
cross progression is being brought to players in waves - your friends were simply in one of the earlier groups. You will get the message regarding cross progression in the upcoming weeks, as it continues being rolled out.
Hello @Jihadghassan,
no, an account does not need a minimum level - your other account will simply be identified as the primary account due to the higher level and the lower level will merge into that.
The Cross progression merge is still ongoing and is being brought out to players in waves. If you haven't gotten the prompt to merge yet, you will get it in the upcoming weeks.
it is possible to merge two EA accounts, however, this will delete progresses, etc. of one account. Merging two EA accounts basically means that the games themselves will be transferred, but only the primary EA account will keep its progresses and items as it's only possible to transfer the games themselves to create one account, and it's not possible to move progress from one EA account to another. This also applies to relinking platform accounts, as progress is specific to the EA account, not the platform account.
In itself, you're not supposed to have more than one EA account, as this is something many cheaters use to get around bans. While it's possible to accidentally make a second account, it's recommended to merge these as ea...

Hello @Br4v0122,
if you lost access to the EA account, please contact EA Support and try to regain access to that account. They might also be able to help you relink the Xbox account to the original EA account it was linked to - if you then linked a PSN account to that EA account, you would be able to play on PSN with your Xbox account.
Without connecting the Xbox account with the original EA account, there is no way of getting your Xbox items on your Playstation.
Hello @ZEXT_TTV,
as both are on the same account now, you should be able to use your Xbox account on steam, once you get the prompt that cross progression is happening for you. By unlinking and relinking your steam account, you most likely lost most of your items on there already. If your Xbox account is the higher level one, you will be able to play with it on steam.
Hello @Br4v0122,
unfortunately, if you didn't have both the Xbox progress and PS progress on one account, there is no way of getting the full Xbox account merged with your PSN account. If you want your Xbox progress and items back, after unlinking the account, please connect it to the original EA account that it was linked to.
