Regarding your issues with steam, please contact EA Support, so they can look at your account and make sure everything is connected and activated properly.

If you notice that an E-Mail is stuck at EA Support, try waiting a few hours before creating a new case, in case that is causing the problem.

if you have your EA account and Steam account linked, you should be able to download Apex on the EA app, start it from there, and it should synchronize your purchase with your account. After that, you should be able to play as you normally do from Steam and see your purchased coins there.
