as already said here, if your progress of the two platforms is on two different EA accounts, there's no way of merging them without significant loss to one of these Apex accounts.

when you unlink a platform account from your EA account, you will lose most of your progress and content from your Apex account - this is specifically pointed out in the article regarding unlinking platform accounts.

The platform account with the highest rank will be identified as the main account, and all other accounts will be merged into that one. We cannot influence or manually start this process - simply wait, and you should be getting the pop-up message in the next few days regarding the cross progression merge.

sadly, only the EA Support can help with issues like this, as we don't have access to account details here on the forum. As this issue arose two months ago, it might actually be too long ago for even EA Support to help with.
If you notice that an E-Mail is stuck at EA Support, try waiting a few hours before creating a new case, in case that is causing the problem.
