Please could you try disabling the Steam Overlay, and see if there’s any improvement?

Sorry to hear this. Could you please try the solution below, and let me know whether or not this helps with your issue?:

  1. Navigate to: Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE\bundle\application_settings
  2. Open win32_settings using Notepad or similar
  3. Change deadlock_detector_enabled = true to deadlock_detector_enabled = false
  4. Save your changes
  5. Launch Darktide as normal

There is a lot of mod spam here, could you try playing with them disabled and upload the mod-less logs here, please?

This may well be completely unrelated but I can see the Intel(R) UHD Graphics is set as your primary GPU which is a problem! Please run through the solutions listed here:

Hm, it is a bit of a shot in the dark admittedly, but it’s quick and easy - could you try disabling Portrait Rendering, if you haven’t already?:

  1. Open ‘Settings’
  2. Navigate to ‘Interface’
  3. Scroll down to ‘Enable Portrait Rendering’
  4. Select ‘Off’

Unfortunately, we can only refund purchases made within the last 30 days. These purchases appear to have been made outside of that window.

It looks like the payments are stuck in an ‘Unresolved’ state. Could you try reaching out to Xbox Support?

Unfortunately when it comes to monetary transactions we can’t see much, but Xbox Support should be able to clear this up.

The most we can do is mirror your operative’s levels and currencies. This would be without any equipment, completed Penances, and so on.

I can see the crash data is referencing the Visual C++ Redistributables now. Try this:

  1. Uninstall the Visual C++ 2019 Redistributables
  2. Reinstall the Visual C++ 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022 Redistributables: Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Learn
  • You may be prompted with an option to repair, as opposed to install. In which case, you may proceed with the option to repair

I understand the issue, and have refunded the correct amount of Aquilas, for you to re-purchase the desired sets.

No need to remove 2013 and older. I’m surprised that didn’t solve it, could you please upload your most recent console logs (as opposed to your dumps) please?

Comment

Oh, the Pastebin link has expired. Happy for you to share only the console log, I don’t believe the launcher log will be relevant in this case anyway.

My apologies, I think I muddled up this post with another!

Were you playing using higher video quality options before perhaps?

It’s very possible for the defaults to have changed.

Comment

Thank you. Please could you both upload some of your recent console logs for us?:
