I believe your issue is related to Error Code: 2014
though not actually displaying the error by the sounds of it. Still, I believe the root of the issue is the same.

I don’t know enough about this error admittedly - but this is something that will need to be resolved outside of Darktide. I recommend querying it on https://answers.microsoft.com/, or Googling “Hypervisor BSOD” for more information.
Due to your PC losing responsiveness I recommend looking in to whether this is driver or hardware-related. It’s likely this issue will start to present outside of Darktide too if this is the case. Please see:
