Sorry about this. It’s my understanding that this error can occur occasionally for new accounts, but resolves itself after restarting. It looks like you’ve since been able to log in and play as normal, is that right?

That is quite the drop. Do you have the Steam Overlay enabled?

Additionally, do you happen to notice this when a player connects to or leaves the lobby, or when using Push-to-Talk?

Try this, which will rule out if a background application is interfering with your mouse input:

1. Press the Windows key
2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
5. Reboot your PC
6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal, and see if the issue persists

It sounds like you may be playing on the ‘Modded’ realm, as opposed to the ‘Official’ realm. Your realm can be changed using the checkboxes next to the ‘Play’ button in the Vermintide 2 launcher, keep us posted!

Hmmm I’ve no experience with reason 5008 so I’ve queried this with my colleagues instead!

From our experience this is usually the result of a routing incompatibility, which your ISP should be able to help with. I recommend contacting your ISP, it may help to reference our server address: https://5107.playfabapi.com/

It looks like your Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 is set as your primary GPU as opposed to your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 which is resulting in your crashes. Please:
