It sounds like what @Miche11eBe11e has posted above! This occurs when DLCs unintentionally “unlink” subsequently “relink” due to some convoluted witchery in our backend. Treats it like a new DLC and makes you think you’ve been awarded Shillings and other items you already had. It is annoying, and will be patched very soon!

Looks like a mod-related crash, likely Bot Improvements.
@DoctorGrumble What you’re experiencing here isn’t quite the same as what others have in this post, in your case your account data in our backend is corrupted - it should now be resolved.
This is an understandably alarming but usually short-lived issue. Please see the link posted above.
It’s not ideal that you can’t launch using the “normal” launcher.
