Thank you for letting us know!
Thank you for letting us know!
Are you using Avast, AVG, SpyBot or 360 Total Security Anti-Virus?
Thank you for letting us know, I’ve added your report to our database.
As mentioned above we are aware and investigating. I apologise you’ve had such a bad experience so far.
I don’t think Steam are able to provide an ETA, but I’ll try my luck tomorrow.
Apologies, you should have a console log directory here:
Don’t place too much emphasis on Executable missing
, you’ll see that even in “normal” logs.
Is a console log produced after (unsuccessfully) attempting to launch the ‘Modded’ realm?
Please upload it here if so.
I like to think this was an unlucky one-time occurrence, I don’t believe we’ve seen anything of this sort before, could you let me know if it reoccurs please?
Sorry about this @thoa - I can see your account data is corrupted in our backend. I’ve passed this on to our Backend Engineer and he should be able to resolve this today. If this is still an issue for you by tomorrow, please let me know.
Please try repairing Easy Anti-Cheat using the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable located in the Vermintide 2 ‘installers’ directory. The path to this directory on your PC will be similar to this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat
The error produced appears to be GPU-related, but a common issue we’re seeing with the Ryzen CPUs is an outdated BIOS (consequently resulting in the hard crashes like those you describe). So before anything else, could you try updating your BIOS please?
What a relief! Thank you for letting me know.
Hey! Please pop us a message over at https://fatshark.se/support
Working on it!
Thank you for letting us know - looking in to it.
I don’t think you overreacted, I’d panic too if I didn’t know.
Should be resolved in our next patch.
