It looks like all recent payments are in a Failed
state. Unfortunately we only have a very surface-level view of monetary purchases, so I recommend reaching out to Xbox Support who will be able to tell you more about what’s happened here.
I switched them out but I’ve unequipped them entirely now, see if that works!

The problem we’re having is that many of these crashes don’t contain the crash dump when we look them up, which would be really helpful in solving this.
If you could have a look in your crash dumps directory and upload anything recent, that would be amazing:
