Could you please try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu down to 6, and see if there’s any improvement please?
Does it persist after pressing ESC a couple of times?

We often see the RECV_ERROR
when a player is using the IPv6 protocol. In this situation, you may need to contact your ISP and request that they switch you to IPv4.
The error displayed in your console log appears to be the RECV_ERROR
