I’m afraid there isn’t any evident explanation for your crashes.
What you’re experiencing is an Access Violation, which can occur for a number of reasons.
Please have a look here, if you haven’t already: https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360021422873--PC-How-to-Resolve-Most-Crashes
Same Deadlock crash, it seems. I can see GvLedServices appears to be running, and Google says this is a part of RGB Fusion. Please try disabling it once more.
I’m assuming the PC crashed on that occasion as unfortunately no crash data has been produced within the log.
By default and with any Ryzen CPU we recommend that you try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count down to 6 which will reduce the heat produced by the CPU. You may also wish to try switching to DirectX 11 - both of which can be done within the launcher.
Otherwise, the PC actually losing responsiveness indicates something else could be at play, such as a driver instability or overheating. There may be some leads in the Windows Event Viewer.

With RGB Fusion disabled, pleeease send us an up-to-date crash report.
I can’t answer why unfortunately, but it is a known issue. I’ve upped it’s priority in our database.
Could you try ending the SelLedV2 (RGB Fusion) service please?
Thank you for letting us know - I’ve added this to the database!
Thank you all, please keep adding any new discrepancies you spot in here!
The crashes you’re experiencing are called ‘Deadlocks’ and can occur as a result of background software (especially NZXT CAM) or issues with the Steam client, such as not having the latest updates installed, so that’s worth exploring.
I’ve responded to your submission via the Support Portal, my reply may be in your ‘Spam’ inbox. I’ve queried this with our Console Developers and will report back to you.
We’ll continue the conversation in the Support Portal.
Unfortunately we still have somewhat of a skeleton crew and one overstretched developer handling all reports made in the BBB (I wasn’t involved due to other commitments) which may explain the lack of communication. I know he did his best to pick up on the most notorious issues.
I’ll be churning through everything reported in the non-BBB ‘Bugs’ category later on/tomorrow morning.
