Could you have him check if a vermintide2_launcher.log is produced?:

1. Press Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to Fatshark -> Vermintide 2
4. Upload the vermintide2_launcher log here

There certainly seems to be a correlation between EE and the Connection Timeout error.

We’ve done all we physically can to improve the routing in our backend after Deutsche Telekom players had similar issues some months back.

I’d recommend that you continue to press the issue with EE and request an escalation, as something is definitely up on their end. Be sure to reference our server address URL, which is https://5107.playfabapi.com/.

This is likely to be a mod-related issue. Third Person Equipment has been known to cause similar issues.
