@mr_sp1ce I didn’t mark this as not a bug myself, summoning @Fatshark_Hedge who may know more.

We support traditional XInput devices, so most compatible devices should work.

It’s my understanding that you can play all PS4 and Steam games in VR if you’d like to, but you will experience them as if they were projected on a large screen rather than real VR.

I’m not sure about Leap Motion, unfortunately.

This is intentional, at this time. Feedback is appreciated and will be considered however.

Thank you. We’re aware of this particular crash and it’ll be addressed in our next patch, which will be released no later than tomorrow morning.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

When the crash occurs, a window should pop up asking you for details on what happened prior to the crash occurring. After submitting the window, a crash report containing a long ‘GUID’ string and an option to ‘Copy to Clipboard’ should be displayed - please copy the report and paste it in here.

Does look to be a GPU driver-related crash, I’d recommend you stick to DirectX 11 until new drivers have been released.

Could you please upload one of your latest console logs?

Your console logs can be located using the instructions below:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs

Could you please provide a copy of the crash report produced?

Hmmm, I have no experience with this particular error, but we’ll watch out for this.

This is an odd error, DXGI_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED to be specific. Not one we’ve seen before, I don’t think.

It’s GPU/DirectX-related, so would recommend performing a clean re-installation of your GPU drivers using the instructions here.

If unsuccessful, do see if there’s any improvement after switching to DirectX 11 within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu.

Believe me we’re as disappointed about this as you are - I’ve let development know.

I’m unable to confirm whether this is intentional or not, but I’ve queried it internally.
