Let me know how you get on!
I see! Are you able to contact your 4G provider, explaining your issue? It may be something they can solve from their end.
So you’re using a mobile 4G data connection, with no access to a standard internet connection, is that right?
Additionally, your companions (other than your wife) are using a standard connection?
We haven’t patched on the PS4 in a while, so I’m inclined to believe this is more of a localised routing incompatibility which may ultimately solve itself.
Otherwise, I’d rather be honest with you in that we may not be able to identify this from our end, especially as we’ve made no recent changes to explain it. Console connectivity issues are especially hard to diagnose due to the lack of logging (compared to PC).
Should you wish to opt for a refund, you can explain your issue to PlayStation Support and they should be happy to process that for you. If you have any problems with it, let us know and we can inte...

If possible, could you please try hooking your console up to a mobile data connection, to see if the issue persists? This can help to isolate the issue. I understand this is not always doable though.
Hi Yoda,
Thanks for the detailed information you’ve provided!
Good to know things are seeming more stable for you.
Hi @Ezekiel2517,
Thanks for checking! As you are able to play using your mobile connection, this indicates that the routing between you is incompatible. In this situation, we recommend you contact your ISP to explain this, and ask them to address the issue.

Ohh, interesting that it could be mod related. Which mods have you disabled?
Yeah, the console logs here unfortunately seem to cut off, and don’t include specific/helpful crash details.
Though, when you submit a crash report, if you are able to copy/paste the GUID string shown and provide that, then we’d possibly be able to dig a little deeper.
Hi @Ezekiel2517,
As a first port of call I’d recommend running through the potential solutions listed here:

Gotcha. In this instance you’ll need to contact your ISP directly about this. You can quote our backend endpoint URL: https://5107.playfabapi.com/
Ask them to explain what the reason for blocking the connection is, and for them to address the issue.
Was this a crash straight to desktop or did it ask you to submit a crash report? If it’s the latter and the crash occurs again could you provide the GUID string please?
Also, if you could upload your console log from this session it would be very helpful.
Thanks!
Glad you were able to resolve it @Sleek. Thanks for letting us know how you did - noted!
@Reaper, if you haven’t already, it may also be worth contacting your ISP and explaining the situation to them, in case the issue is something they can assist with. You can quote our PS4 server address: https://60F3.playfabapi.com
Thanks Reaper, I’ll pass this to our Console Devs, in case they can see anything on our end or offer any further suggestions. I’ll get back to you when I hear something back.
Ah, darn.
Disregard my last comment, as I realize we’re talking console here! (d’oh), so the 3.4 update is unlikely to have a relation to this.
Could you please PM me with your PSN name (and that of your friend), and I can query this with our console developers and get back to you.
Hmm, so there doesn’t appear to be anything obvious that I can see from your logs, and you have already tried all of the ‘go to’ solutions I’d usually point you toward.
As this isn’t an issue for ‘Modded’ realm and only occurs in ‘Official’ realm, then it does indicate an issue with EAC.
You’ve already reached out, but if you don’t hear back soon, then let us know and we can give them a nudge and try to get a quicker response.
I know @FatsharkJulia is currently investigating an error introduced with a recent EAC update. Perhaps this is related?
Okay! Let me know how they get on.
If these solutions don’t resolve the issue, it is possible it could be related to the general connectivity problems introduced with the 3.4 update - which we’re actively investigating and working to improve.
Hi @Sleek,
Could you please provide us with your most recent console logs?
If you could also upload your ‘vermintide2_launcher’ log in the Vermintide 2 folder, that would be very helpful.
If the files are too large to upload here, you could upload them to a reputable hosting service (e.g. Dropbox) and link them, or send them to me directly via Discord - Lev#8708
Thank you in advance!
