The logs indicate a Heap Corruption
type crash. We’ve seen that these are commonly being caused by Razer DLL’s in the process. If you’re using any Razer Software e.g. Razer Cortex, can you please try disabling this and see if stability improves?
I queried this with our Gameplay Designers, and was told the following -
Reload Speed, you’re gaining +50% buff to reload speed from the feats. Not setting it to 50% of the original reload time. To reload in half the time, you’d need to reload twice as fast - but the current feats only get you halfway there.
Rate of Fire, this is possibly a bug. The calculations on the stat screen may be off, so we’re going to look into it.

I checked internally, and yep! it’s intentional for the Traitor Captain Boss to also count for this contract

@WhereIsBaoDur, hmm, we aren’t able to reproduce this. A developer investigating has asked if you can try verifying your game files (just in case!) and have asked if your game is installed on a HDD or SSD?

@Ensrick, a shot in the dark, but do you, or whoever was host, use the Disconnection Resilience mod?
I ask, as I was speaking with Aqshy and she mentioned having a very similar issue before which turned out to be caused by this.

That seems strange. Was progression reset for your whole account? e.g. all characters reset to level 1?
As account progression is only ever reset by us after player request, which is verified, and then the entire account is reset in an all-or-nothing kind of deal for all characters.
Otherwise, is it possible that you made progress on a different account?

Usually this is due to the Steam Overlay being disabled, but I can see you have this enabled in your steps. Is this something you enable only at the time of trying to purchase? or do you keep this always enabled?

The crash was introduced with the 4.9.1 Hotfix. This is being rolled back - so the store should work correctly again shortly!
As for the cosmetic, I can see you acquired the Bryngormkap hat, but I can’t see Zulunbakiaz Nairikkit unlocked for your account. If you believe this is incorrect, can you please provide a screenshot of the Zulunbakiaz Nairikkit showing as purchased from Lohner’s store?
