Just curious, but do you play in Online or Offline mode?

There is a current known bug which can cause cosmetics to appear as missing, and subsequently reappear for some players. Please be assured that your cosmetics aren’t lost though!

Do you have latest Windows updates installed?

It may be worth a clean reinstall of your GPU drivers again - just in case. Or, to perhaps try rolling back to a previous driver version to see if this helps.

I believe the Spear & Shield from the Forgotten Relic’s DLC is for Kruber. Though, I assume you’re using Kerillian’s Spear & Shield obtained from the Winds of Magic DLC?

Can you please provide us with a console log from a session that you get kills with the Spear & Shield which do not count towards the challenge?

If possible, could you please provide your console log from the session that this issue occurred?

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
5. Upload the appropriate console log to us

I’ve passed this information on to our Console Developers. We are continuously monitoring and working to improve the stability of Vermintide 2. Our next console update should address many critical and commonly encountered crashes.

As for disconnections, this may be local network, or ISP related. I recommend running through potential solutions, here:
