Hey, sorry about that. This is an extremely rare issue, but the team is aware of it and looking into individually fixing each account that was affected by it.
Meant “Devouring Attack”–will update now.
Thanks for reporting. I’ll pass it on to the team to help their investigation.
Hello all, we wanted to let you know about some known issues that we are tracking with patch 21.6. This will not include older known issues that are still being worked on, such as any remaining known issues from patch 21.4. We will add additional issues as we track them:
Don’t worry, you were not missed. The team is still working on the solution for this.
Edit: the fix for this has now gone live for all affected players.
This is within the intended results, not a bug. “May” means sometimes, not guaranteed. If you already own all the Legendary Mercenaries, it chooses a random one for you and grants you the basic portrait for that Mercenary–if you already have that portrait (like you would for any roll that isn’t the pre-purchase Mercenaries), it converts it to the 100 Coins.
There will be something to do with excess coins in the future, but we don’t have any details to announce at this time.
Thanks, the team is aware of an issue where if you cross a threshold based on an early concession, it does not award the seasonal chest. The team is working on a fix.
The team is looking into this situation for a small number of players, such as yourself, who were caught in-between fixes. They are working on a solution.
Bear Trap 2 normally summons a 7/10. Are you saying that you have the Hunting Shroud Equipment equipped and the Equipment has no effect?
Hello all,
Last week’s patch introduced a bug that unintentionally caused people who played Battlegrounds immediately after the patch to have their rating reset. We quickly squashed that bug so that no more players would have their ratings reset in this way, and, at the same time reset the affected players’ rating to what it was just before 21.4.
Unfortunately, this introduced another bug that caused them to gain more rating than intended for each game following the initial fix.
Tomorrow, we will be implementing a fix that will stop players from gaining this unintended bonus rating. For the top 10% of players who benefitted from this bug, we will also be reducing their ratings to adjust for those unintended extra gains.
We will update this post once that change has gone live.
Update: This patch has now gone live in all regions.
Update 2: Since the patch went live, the team has been correcting a small number of additional player ...

We’re finalizing something regarding the Battlegrounds MMR right now, so we will have something more to share within the next day or so.
Edit: updated the main post to link to our Battlegrounds plan, planned for tomorrow.
Hey, I can’t speak to products we haven’t announced yet, but I can say that the team is aware that for some players the portraits are a priority and that the team has plans to make offerings that should appeal more to that type of player. If you hang tight for future updates on that front, you’ll have more options that, I think, should be better for what you specifically are looking for–or at least give you some alternative routes to consider.
Hey, that’s incredible! I’m sorry the experience wasn’t what you wanted, but what you’re describing doesn’t necessarily sound like a bug.
After some player feedback, we updated the pack disclosures site to try to be a bit clearer on how packs work. Basically, the system is not designed to go through the progression for all Portraits within a rarity before landing on Coins–when converting from a Mercenary Card, it picks a straight random mercenary and then checks if there are any available Portraits to offer for that particular mercenary.

This is a known visual bug that will be addressed in a future patch. For now, the issue resolves itself when the page refreshes.
Hey Grex, the Chromebooks seem to be the types of devices that are having trouble going through tutorials for any new modes. Right now we don’t have a fix, just a workaround: enter the mode on another device and finish the tutorial. Once you’re done with the tutorial, you should be able to enter normally on your Chromebook.
If you are still having issues with one of the resolved problems, then please reach out to customer service so they can take a look at your specific situation.
