I updated the smite pts on my ps4 yesterday but wen I try to log in it says “warning version mismatch” wht should I do?
PTS is only available for 1 weekend(the Friday-Sunday after the update show). Keep an eye on social media for updates on when the next round of pts will be available!
Is this really not going to be fixed today?
If you're playing on Xbox this should now be resolved(you may need to close and reopen your client). If your having issues in Epic, it looks like they are experiencing some issues on their end that are being looked into. All other platforms should be good to go!

Have you claimed a key for console pts in the past? You don't need a new key every pts cycle. Once you have the PTS client downloaded you just need to update and you're all good to play!
Smite's cinematic trailers being amazing as always. Love how they just keep getting better and better.

Yo Hogfather! That Pax South seems like so long ago. Was such a fun event and it was great meeting/hanging out with you bro. Hopefully the world gets back to normal soon so we can start hitting some in person events again. I need my rematch 😤!
Apologies for the inconvenience. Both Steam and Xbox have had issues on their side today that affected connectivity to SMITE. Steam issues were resolved fairly quickly , but we're still working with our partners over at Xbox to work through issues. Hoping to have this resolved soon. Will update here as soon as I have more info.
Hey! Can you try clearing both your SMITE game cache/save data and then hard power cycling your PS4 to see if that fixes it for you?
Then uninstall SMITE
After SMITE is uninstalled power cycle your console by shutting it down(not rest mode), waiting 30 seconds then turning it back on. After you've power cycled re-install SMITE.
I can’t find it on Ps5
Try hitting the three dots on SMITE to see if SMITE PTS is listed in the drop down.

So like whenever I try to redeem the code your site gives me for the PlayStation code on PS5 it tells me the code has already been used. Do I just download the app from the last time you guys tried to do PlayStation PTS or?

Yes! If you've redeemed a code for PTS on PlayStation in the past just re-download the same client to play.

Echoing what a couple of people have said here and we have received reports of this from pros and Olympians and are looking into each case as they come up. If you've experienced a match like this recently shoot me your in game name, and the date/time of the match in question. I'll forward it over to the team and make sure it gets looked into.
