You mention that private servers and cooperative mode are working correctly, however, that footage is from either a SP or Coop session, could you clarify on this?

Also, are you able to share any footage of different official servers on which you have this issue?

Hi @SilverStarMoonW7, we’re currently aware of an issue regarding collisions failing to load properly in certain instances, which likely causes the floating, it’s currently being looked into.

Regarding the second issue, do you mean that you get stuck in a loading screen when exiting to the main menu?

Hi @Alhambra, we’re already aware of this issue and it will be addressed in a future patch, thank you for pointing it out in any case.

You’d have to either reach out to the player and reach an agreement about him moving his claim or lure NPCs/Purges to destroy the offending structure.

Hello @Jerry99, could you please share the exact location of your base and a screenshot of the Event Log messages you’re getting regarding the purge?

Have you tried to go into admin mode and check if the purge has spawned under the map?

By doing so, do the values shared in the second screenshot persist?

Are there any buildings from other players close to yours?

Are you currently in a clan?

We’re already aware of this issue and it’s being looked into, it seems to happen specifically with a few weapons such as the Dead Leg, Severed Leg and Severed Arm. Manually equipping these weapons to their hand slots seems to prevent the issue from occurring momentarily although it’s not an ideal solution.

Until the issue is resolved we’d suggest equipping them with weapons other than these, apologies for the inconvenience.

We’re unaware of any issues with updating the disk version of the game, however, it’s possible that this one is related to the patching process failure.

We’d recommend that you first uninstall the game, then proceed to reset the console cache and perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

To perform the cache reset, hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes.
