Could you let us know if this occurs in any other server, and whether the workarounds shared above help reduce the crashes?
If not, could you please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following steps and letting us know if they help:
Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading the server.
Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

Hello @Ghawor, please note that the singleplayer client has trouble handling the same load as the online client, especially on console.
When dealing with crashes related to the system being under too much stress we advise you to reduce the number of light sources to a minimum, as well as keeping the number of NPCs and placeables in check, if possible, as the crashes are in many cases caused by high amounts of placeables and lights in the same area.
Additionally, could you please provide a few screenshots of your base and the surrounding area, and let us know which PS4 model you’re using, the type of disk your game is installed to (HDD/SSD) and whether you have similar performance issues while playing online?
You’ll have to either reach out to the owner of the claim that might be blocking the spawn or destroy the structures.

We’re aware of the issue with the Hanuman’s Grotto and it will be addressed in a future patch.
Regarding the spawn issue, please verify if there are any player buildings built above the area, as WhatMightHaveBeen has suggested.
Are you able to test having both consoles on a wired connection?
As you’ve mentioned that you were previously able to play coop without any trouble, was there any change that preceded this issue, such as a patch, or did it simply start ocurring?
Would you be able to try to rebuild the PS4 database on both consoles and, if that doesn’t help, perform a full reinstall of the game to see if the issue persists?
Hi @Verjigorm, the Epic Flawless Reptilian Chestpiece should be crafted by the T4 armorer Siesse Blacktongue, and it’s intentional that it can’t craft the non-Epic flawless version.
Regarding the mod kits, we’ll register it for the developers to determine if it’s intended or not, thank you for bringing it up.
You may upload the video to a hosting service of choice and share the link, if the forum blocks the link simply break it up with a space.
