Is this in relation to the Desert amulet? Or something else?
IIRC this promotion has the ability to reroll the rewards shown using oddments. Using hearts of ice will freeze a prize in place and keep it after rerolling.
We have a fix ready for this. It's just awaiting testing from our release team. Should be out next update if they can fit it in around War's retreat :)

Can powerbursts be changed to no longer share a cooldown with adrenaline potions, with the exception of the Powerburst of Overkill of course.
Also can adrenaline potion cooldown be reset when lobbying or world hopping again.
We raised this in our post launch planning meeting today. Further discussions are needed on the specifics of how we change it however it is placed high on our list.

We have a feedback job in to reword the unlock. Upon reaching the correct reputation level Mami Rimba will appear on the farm and grow it for you. So the tree does technically get grown however no seeds etc are required by players :)
I was killing lesser demons with a friend in the Karamja volcano when I remembered about the secret wall to Elvarg. My friend had previously died to her but he was now a higher level so I convinced him he could do it.
Needless to say just as he climbed over the wall I remembered he needed an anti dragon shield... He was not happy with me for a while xD

i log in everyday. I did pick some spines off it but there wasn't a clear option prior from what i remember either. My friend im talking to atm however had the 'clear' option even after collecting spines.
I have just loaded a copy of your save and after waiting a short amount of time the cactus fully grew and I was able to harvest it and then chop it down.
Not sure how you have got into this situation but letting the tree regrow should fix the issue.
