The game worlds were rebooted to fix an issue with collecting Leagues trophies, seemed like a normal colfdix with minimal downtime, however we are aware that players are unable to login. We're on a call with the devs working out the issue and we'll update you when we know more. They're currently working things out as we speak. Sorry again for the extended downtime & inconvenience.

We rebooted the game worlds recently to fix an issue with Leagues Trophies, however, it is clear that there are issues with loading the client after the update. The devs have identified one possible cause so far, and they are currently in the stages of seeing whether the theory is correct.

The team is investigating this issue with the highest priority & I'll keep you updated if this takes a longer period of time than usual to get the worlds back up.

I really don't expect days from the tone of conversation I'm hearing but I don't know at this time how long it will take. Once I'm aware of the fix or any tangible update I'll try to keep you guys in the loop. If it is going to take a while, as in become something going over our working day (6pm), we'll definitely send out comms via Twitter/Facebook.
