We rebooted the game worlds recently to fix an issue with Leagues Trophies, however the client experienced issues on launch afterwards. We've identified one possible technical cause and we're testing whether this theory is correct.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. We rebooted the game worlds to fix an issue with collecting Leagues Trophies, it looked like a normal coldfix/reboot but it's clear that there is an issue since the reboot causing the client to crash as soon as it's opened. For everyone. We are still investigating why this is happening - just letting the devs do their work and I'll update you when I know more.

Thanks for reporting this to us, everyone. We rebooted the worlds to fix an issue with the Leagues Trophies and claiming them properly. Looked like a normal reboot but we are noticing issues with the game worlds and players having errors logging in. I'll update you once I know more from the team.

I really don't expect days from the tone of conversation I'm hearing but I don't know at this time how long it will take. Once I'm aware of the fix or any tangible update I'll try to keep you guys in the loop.
