I already have but I fear it’s absolutely pointless as I’m just going to receive an automated response. I’ve spent hundreds of hours and £ on this game over the years and I have a right to know exactly what I’ve been accused of doing with an actual human looking into the problem.

Can you guarantee I will receive a detailed report of exactly what my character has supposedly done?

Again I’ve been playing for years including pre-OSRS. I feel that as players and customers, we all have a right to have these questions answered.

Can you guarantee that this won’t simply be dealt with by a bot? Yes, it will be looked into by a Jagex Mod
Are Jagex mods capable of admitting mistakes? Yes, that's why we have a thorough review process for our bans
Can I speak to someone over the phone to resolve this like at any other mmorpg? We don't currently offer phone support but that won't be necessary to conduct a review of a macro ban
Can I receive more than copy and paste TOS? You'll receive an email and inbox message that explains the decision and the reasoning for that decision
