I’ve moved this to the feedback section and will give the suggestion to the team for consideration.

The request is to be able to claim PVP Goal rewards individually during the week and from the messages tab when they go to the mailbox.

That’s right, players in your own bubble were not displayed correctly, which made it look like you should have been promoted/demoted/stayed put when the actual results were different from what you could see.

Relegation and Rewards are based on actual results, not on the display.

With the fix the display will now show accurately.

We found the cause of the issue, so it’s on the list of things to fix.
It will be a client fix unfortunately, so @terberos you may be stuck not able to see your Silver Marks on that screen until then. It’s device dependent and it seems like you have 2 with the issue

I think you might be able to try reinstalling on one of the devices to see if that fixes it, but I’m not 100% sure that will do it. It’s also possible multiple reinstalls might fix it. But that is a lot of effort and downloads for a not guaranteed result on a small thing. I’ll leave it up to you if you want to do that, if it were me I’d probably wait ...

Not yet sorry, we’re talking with Microsoft to find out what the issue is and what the fix entails.
If it’s a server fix we’ll push it out as soon as the fix is ready and tested.
If it’s a client fix the new 7.4 achievements will be included in the 7.5 update.

If you have 10 Monolith Sigils, Valhawks won’t appear in your battles until you have less than 10 Monolith Sigils

I see it’s not in the patch notes so I’m adding it in now, I’ll also make sure the help center article has that info as well

No ETA sorry but I checked to make sure we have a bug report for it and bumped it.

Hmmm, I’ve reported it to the team and also asked if one of them can have a quick check on their android (I’m an iPhone/iPad person)

It was already passed on quite a long time ago and it’s re-raised semi-regularly so it doesn’t get buried on the list of feedback.

I’/m guessing the old tried and true turning the game off and on again didn’t solve it hey?

More accurately - it expects Guild Wars to be scheduled within X time frame. Which makes it appear in the Guild menu.

As mentioned - the team plan to fix this so there doesn’t have to be guild wars data while Guild Wars is suspended.

The league bubbles are still asynchronous, it just displays your place accurately in your own bubble now.

This is fixed in 7.4, yell out if you still have issues on Monday weekly reset.

This is a long post so forgive me if we’ve already shared this information:

Basically the issue was caused because the league rank wasn’t displaying accurately.
The fix makes it so that you have to play a battle in order to show up on the league board and from there it will then display your actual rank. So what you see and the expected demotion/promotions will match now.

The game expects Guild Wars to be in that menu - if it is not in that menu currently, the game throws errors.

It’s on the list of things to do to make it not have a tantrum while we’re sorting things out in the meantime.

I’m making a correction to the patch notes:

Valhawk will be available from The Vault at Tuesday daily reset - not Monday.
We have a public holiday here on Monday so we want to make sure we are releasing the new Troop into collections on the day the team is available.

Queen of Wands will also be released to Cedric’s reward table in the Vault on Tuesday daily reset.

We are currently testing and balancing changes to the following 2 parts of PVP:

• Improving base Victory Points when players who are level 1,500+ select an opponent
• Improving accuracy of PVP defense teams - currently, the defense teams you’re fighting against are often not really what the opponent had set.
