Julra is intended by design to have hard hitting attacks and to be challenging side content. The boss is balanced around your ability to endlessly use Temporal Shift to essentially dodge any mechanic the boss has with a small downside, a void rift at your feet.
You aren’t supposed to tank any of the damage Julra does, it’s more of a fight based on if you can do the mechanics correctly and strategize your void rift placements between the two eras.
This is a known issue, it’s just a visual bug and provides no benefit. Thanks for the report.

Bladestorm is currently bugged with Shadows. The intention was that even with shadows you would be limited to 3 Bladestorms. We are addressing this bug next hotfix. Thanks for the report.
Are you adding bleed from the tree or outside of the tree? Also please post your specialization tree.

As a Warpath main myself, I noticed this in some areas. I think is a problem from multiple places. I already have a note of it internally.
It’s a consequence of adding new content. Majority of the time it’s just repeating things that aren’t problems.
Llama is on the right track with his description of what is happening. It’s unfortunate but I believe this is how we want it to work right now. I think it’s designed this way to makes sure you do not overwrite the item already in there if you forgot. We might adjust this for the future.

- suggestion: Glyph of despair should not cost any forging potential. Given how the forging range is now any craft could be the last. Sealing an affix and then not having enough fp to add another affix feels bad. Glyph of despair is already not guaranteed to work. Removing fp for it would ensure you can at least make one craft afterwards.
Playing around to try to find the best place to start using Glyphs of Despair is one of the “risk/reward” layers of the glyph. Attempting to use it frequently or early and then min/maxing affixes after is probably not the best approach.
Glyph of Despair would lose a large portion of its depth and risk/reward if we allowed it to be used at 0 FP. One of the interesting parts about the glyph is the more I try to increase the affix I want to seal the less likely it would be for me to seal it but more rewarding if I seal a higher affix; the more you attempt and fail you might lose that opportunity.
