Hey! We hear you and we appreciate your feedback! Over the past few days, Trevzor, Mugsy, and I have been trying to ramp up communications and we also currently have a Dev Tracker so people can see our official posts but I’m honestly not a huge fan since it feels like a lot of information can go unseen.

We have a few ideas in the works like a bug tracker so that everyone stays up to date for progress on our critical issues and we’re working to make sure that communications go heard.

Hey! It looks like there’s a bit of confusion between Forum Moderators and Community Managers.

Forum moderators are, yes, the people who keep the peace here and monitor the forums to make sure that the Code of Conduct is being abided.

As Mugsy said in this thread, the Community Team spends a huge amount of time with the Dev team, discussing feedback and issues, drafting updates on issues, preparing patch notes, meeting with research and data to generate more comprehensive feedback reporting to help the team prioritize, and tackling a lot more. Our team is also responsible Social Media, Editorial, Creator Relations, and support with Marketing and Partnerships.

Hey there! Thanks for your feedback and suggestion. We have a lot of issues we’re working on and the communications we do provide can sometimes get lost in the mud. We do have some other communication mechanisms in the works but we hear you and we’ll work toward making sure that everyone interested in x, y, or z has a way of finding it!

Heya! We completely hear you and know that playing with friends is one of the top draws of an MMO. Unfortunately, we found a persistence issue that affected some players who transferred and we want to make sure that this issue is fixed before re-enabling them. While I don’t have an ETA on transfers for you, server transfers remains one of our top priorities and we will share any new information available in the Official News category of the forums.

I know that these have been questioned asked by the community but unfortunately, I just don’t know. At this time, you may already know that you need to wait 120 days before changing factions but I haven’t heard of any plans to have factions change when you change servers.

Our team will continue monitoring world populations, queue times, and will evaluate the need for an additional wave of server transfer tokens to be given out for free but I haven’t heard anything about paid transfers, sorry.

Hey all, I completely understand your frustration and disappointing regarding disabling this mode. Outpost Rush is super fun and now that more people are reaching level 60, it’s definitely easier to join one of the matches.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues that were discovered after we re-enabled it that severely impacted people’s ability to have a smooth experience during and after playing Outpost Rush and the team decided that the best approach was to disable it for the time being while they worked out the bugs.

We were really excited for this to be released last weekend and we’re disappointed that we had to disable it. The team’s working super hard to knock these bugs out and re-enable Outpost Rush as soon as possible. It remains one of the team’s top priorities to fix!

Hey there! Server Transfers remain one of the team’s top priorities and they’re currently working on resolving a persistence issue that caused the feature to be turned off. We’re hoping to re-release it as soon as possible and we’ll post in the Official News section once we have more information to share!

Hey everyone, we hear you. Every annoying bug, exploit, disabled content like Outpost Rush, and delay adds frustration and yeah, it sucks.

Right now, the team is prioritizing critical bugs like those affecting Outpost Rush, Server Transfers, and Wars to ensure that once they’re released, everyone has an optimal experience. Game design and development is fluid and sometimes, the fixes they put in only resolve the issue for some people, not others. That doesn’t mean that they stop looking for a fix once they think it’s resolved though; your bug and exploit reports are super important to make sure we’re not missing anything! We’re all on the same team and we want New World to be an amazing game.

Once we have addressed all outstanding critical issues, we can begin to look forward toward a laundry list of new features and content. Launch is only the beginning of New World and we’re excited to see where it goes!

Hi all, we understand the frustration players are experiencing, especially when it comes to exploits, annoying bugs, disabled content like Outpost Rush, not being able to transfer to a different server to play with friends, as well as the lack of communication between the community and the team which could lead to players leaving.

The team is prioritizing critical bugs affecting Outpost Rush, Wars, and Server Transfers to ensure that when they are re-enabled/released, everyone has an optimal in-game experience. Once we have addressed all outstanding critical issues, we can begin to look forward toward a laundry list of new features and content. We are also working on improving communications through various forms like a bug tracker to keep up to date on critical issues.

We’re also reading through the forums daily and we really appreciate the feedback coming through!

We are also actively monitoring the health of the game and our playerbase. We appreciate everyone’s concerns but changes during our first weeks of launch are normal and we do not have any reason to be alarmed at this time.

I hear you, level 60 is a huge achievement and I completely understand that unlocking end-game content like Outpost Rush and War should be huge highlights. I, like you, am disappointed that Outpost Rush is currently disabled and War currently has some key issues the team is working to address, leading to an unsatisfying end game experience.

Right now, the team is working on addressing critical bugs that are preventing us from re-enabling Outpost Rush and issues, like the invincibility exploit, that are causing frustration in Wars.

Once we have addressed all outstanding critical issues we can begin to look forward toward a roadmap of new features and content, launch is just the beginning for New World and we want to hear your feedback and suggestions for future end game features.
