Hm, I could have sworn I acknowledged it but it could very well have slipped my mind. This has been already forwarded to the dev team and I believe they’re testing out a fix. I have no ETA though, same with a lot of bug fixes, unfortunately.

I do mean what I say though, we know communications have been lacking and we are working on getting better ways of providing communication up. We’re actively pushing for a bug tracker so everyone can stay up to date on the status of critical bugs and we’re working with developers on addressing certain issues (you may have seen them posting on the forums!) but until we get those stood up, we’ll be more present on the forums and do our best to give you the information we can share.

We’re actually working on solidifying patch note information and when it’s finalized, we’ll be posting it in our Official News section.
And I get you. I don’t like repeating myself as much as you don’t like hearing me repeat things but a lot of these changes aren’t something that happens overnight. The only thing we can actively do right now is know that you are being heard and that we understand your frustration in communication while internally working on processes to improve communications going forward.

Trevzor, Mugsy, and I have been trying to communicate more frequently and publicly over the last few days but we know that replying to threads in the forum might not get the visibility we want to have. We’re currently working on providing other forums of communications like a bug tracker to track critical issues but that’s still in the works. We’re also working on providing dev blogs and articles in the future.

Yes! CullanP is right. We’re aware of this exploit and have surfaced it to the team for a fix.
The server should be ready to accept players again at this time.
If you continue to see any issues please let us know and tell us what you’re experiencing so we can determine next steps.
This issue has been experienced on several servers, the team has investigated and are in the process of testing a fix, when ready that can be patched in to prevent future issues of this kind of occurring.

We were made aware of an issue on the Eridanus Luft server on Central Europe, where a time skew happened. We will be putting the world in maintenance and rolled back the world to approximately 12:40pm PT/9:40 PM CEST, before the issue occurred.
Downtime will last approximately 30 minutes.
No roll backs occurred to your characters. We will update you here when we have more information to share!
