Hey all, I just wanted to chime in to re-enforce that we hear your feedback and appreciate everyone wanting to hear more about New World and the team’s plans for the game whether it be through fixing bugs or providing new content in the future or general status updates. As Mugsy’s linked post above says, we’ve been busy addressing many of the critical issues the community’s experiencing but that doesn’t mean that we stop communicating on other fronts. In the future, we want to implement some other forms of communication like a bug tracker, for instance, so everyone can stay updated on our top priorities.

Again, we really appreciate hearing everyone’s feedback; we’ll work to improve our communications across the board.

We wanted to provide the gameplay of Outpost Rush for the weekend, and while thousands of you have enjoyed it, since re-enabling Outpost Rush, we have uncovered more issues that are preventing some players from having an enjoyable experience in Outpost Rush. At this time, we have decided to disable Outpost Rush again to work on the issues that are currently being experienced.

Outpost Rush will return as soon as these issues are addressed for the few players affected.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We have great news to share!

As we mentioned above, we disabled Outpost Rush to address some critical issues you were experiencing. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we tackled them!

The team believes that these issues have been resolved and we are happy to announce that we are re-enabling Outpost Rush! We will continue to monitor Outpost Rush and will work further to improve the experience.

We’re excited for everyone to re-engage with Outpost Rush and we’ll see you in Aeternum!

Hey there, thanks for your feedback! We’re actually actively working on a list of top 20 issues to provide updates and progress reports on how we are tackling them and what is in our way. Hopefully this will allow for broader visibility on where we are at and it will give players the chance to let us know if we’re missing anything.

Hey there! We’ve received multiple reports about fishing hotspots not being detected properly and it’s been reported as a bug and is a known issue! The team is working on a fix for this but unfortunately, I don’t have an ETA on when the fix will be released.

Greetings Adventurers,

Since transfers began we have identified a small number of characters who after moving servers are in an invalid data state that prevents their character from properly saving. We’ve corrected the characters in this condition as of this morning.

Some players among this small set transferred gold or items while their character was affected. All of these transactions are logged in our database. We are reviewing them now and any players found deliberately using this condition to gain advantage will be banned for exploiting. We will also remove items or gold received where appropriate.

Going forward, as a precautionary measure, we may prevent login temporarily on characters in this state. If you are one of the rare people who transfers and afterwards cannot log in, the condition should automatically resolve within two hours. If it persists beyond that time please contact customer service.
