Simple: That piece of art is hugely out of date and reflect an earlier stage of the game. We made a new keyart partially to fix this. :)

The weird colors happened because we had to update the skin shader in several ways to accommodate the new tattoos in the latest DLC pack. I endeavored to have the skincolors look completely unchanged after these changes, but the blue skincolor slipped through the cracks momentarily. :D

Ey, VR is cool. Of course we'd like to have it. :D As with all things, it's just a matter of prioritization in the end - and we got bigger fish to fry at present.
