Any thoughts about doing a sort of “whitelist” check? Meaning a server browser option to only display lobby games that have game files identical to your own? In an effort to try and help people more easily identify modded hosts.
Lots of thoughts, lots of discussion. Conclusion so far as far as I know is: "A lot more work than you'd expect, and not top of our priorities right now." It's obviously something we WANT to combat, but not at this moment in time.

The official stance is this: We obviously frown on cheating, but you will not be banned for joining a modded lobby. Since the game is peer-to-peer, there is sadly not that much we can do about cheating - at least at present. We are looking into options, but there are no immediate plans to start fighting cheaters.
But, if your progress is ruined by it, you can reload an earlier save from the Options menu.
If all of these were easy to get, we wouldn't send in the dwarves to get them.
If Management would care to explain how Steevey turned into a swarm of Macteras, I'm listening.

As others have pointed out, if you want to return to a clean save, you should have the option in the Options menu to do so.
See, this is why Management doesn't let you bring back pets.

Management allows custom builds to allow for personal experimentation, and to find the exact setup that works for YOU. No other employee has the authority to tell you how to customize YOUR tools. No setup is the "correct" one.

The idea is sound, and one we've obviously discussed in here. The result is too low-res and error-prone for our purposes though - if we were to do this, I'd expect we went more the Starcraft route with a fully animated 3D model.

Recent changes to the driller's drill made it that its yellow text on yellow hue background. With the drills vibrating, and flashes of intense red and flaming symbols, it is really hard to see the actual percentages.
Could you make it so that the yellow hue is not there, and only the flame symbol flashes? As a person with motion sickness and significant astigmatism this really makes driller unplayable to me.

Will any thing like this be coming to other streaming platforms (like twitch) or will this be exclusive to mixer? I really like this though as it makes deep rock a much more fun for everybody involved, it allows for the crowd to interact and for streamer to spice up game play.
Never say never, but it's not in our lists right now.
