This was flagged to the team to investigate, however Thursday was a holiday in Korea which means SGR was out of the office. Sorry about the delay, but hopefully I should have an update soon!

Shop list is still being locked, but skin set should be included as well!

This was a game content reveal for the May Update, which is why it didn’t include any information about bots.

Botting is something we are highly aware of, is highly visible, and are actively working to combat. We’ll share more updates on that front when we have them, however that particular type of information (top issue) isn’t part of a content reveal.

For some context here, while other regions may get a Power Pass with most class releases, they are only getting a small number classes per year; we on the other hand will be seeing many more classes come out this year, which would be a much more significant number of power passes shared with players.

Knowing this cadence for power passes now, when it comes to future pass giveaways we will definitely try to better clarify the date range and class options so that players can make the best possible decision on how to use it.

Just want to confirm since I’ve seen a couple of folks confused by this, the screenshotted post of “me” in the OP is definitely edited and 100% not true.

Queues are a result of lowering server capacity helps ensure server stability so we don’t run into the lag/load issues we did yesterday.

We’ve been watching closely over the past month before coming to this decision – we’re seeing over 7+ times the amount of players ready for Valtan than were for Argos at this point, and we’re still a couple weeks out from the update. And remember, if you can’t make it in day 1, Legion Raids will be there for you when you are ready

Yup, we weren’t able to cover all servers in one maintenance unfortunately but are still rolling these things out. Mari and Valtan were harder hit with the last round, and have been adjusted. Enviska, Una, and a few others are having similar issues now. Luckily it means we’re prepared to make these changes and hopefully get out ahead of it for a few more servers with the next maintenance

This is tricky – the queue isn’t entirely due to an influx of bots, but also lowering server capacity to ensure server stability so we don’t run into the lag/load issues we did yesterday. We are planning on putting forth more support for server stability, ideally in the next maintenance, which should help address this and make the experience better. (Bots also still need to go too, of course)
