I absolutely agree! Not to derail too much, but the English VA for Thirain is also the English VA from Bakugo in My Hero Academia, which I find to be hysterical considering how gentle he is in Lost Ark

Unfortunately something like this is more than likely a Steam-side issue – would suggest reaching out to Valve support or digging in on that end!!

In terms of our rules, any app that modifies the game and/or interacts with it in a way that provides information that is otherwise not available to players is not approved

This is straight up incorrect, and I apologize for the confusion. I unfortunately do not have the knowledge to help troubleshoot your connection issue, but the game is absolutely available for play in Australia.

Appreciate this thread coming back up – we shared this sort of feedback with the team a while back and it was well-received, but I will raise it again!

But the contrast!!! There are a few that exist in other versions, not sure how they are normally distributed (we gave one away in a launch gift early on) so I’ll be sure to pass the desire for these along.

Server health is being tracked closely; the teams are aware of this issue for Europe West players (especially on specific servers) and are looking at possible paths forward. We’ll let players know when a decision is made

They will definitely make their way to our version, but I am not yet aware of what the target date is.

We’ve seen a number of reports on Chaos Dungeon rewards feeling less than stellar since the recent update, and we’ve passed them along to the team for investigation already – we’ll share an update when we have one!!
