When Crystalline Aura is active, you earn the Crystal Benefactor title in game. However, every time you log in it reappears as a “new” title which means it shows up with a red dot to notify you (incorrectly)

I will say, we had some in-person meetings last week and at the end of the day one of our colleagues hopped online to do Flame Fox Yoho on his work PC in the middle of a conference room with no mousepad. He pulled through, but it was pretty funny to watch

Oh man… on launch day I was busy working (duh) so I wasn’t able to snag my name/most of my usernames. I think I managed to get “roxxlyy” (my Twitter handle) on NA East where I don’t even play but that’s about it. That’s hilarious, and I have some amount of respect for whoever that person is, so long as they aren’t impersonating me

Nope, it’s an ongoing battle that we dislike just as much as our players do. We’ve had a few EAC updates and tool improvements recently, but clearly more still needs to be done. Besides more improvements to the tools, we’re also looking at some new measures to put in place to combat fraud and its impact. Don’t have those details yet as the systems are still in development, but it’s happening, and we won’t stop

This bug is still open and awaiting development – it has been a while, but rest assured it’s still being tracked.

This is a weird one – technically it’s RMT, and we don’t approve of it. Reporting the sellers if you know who they are/where they are doing this is not a bad idea. Realistically, this would be extremely hard to track, but it’s probably not worth the $10 and I am sure there are tons of awesome community members who would love to help you design your character and not charge for it

This will probably be semi-standard for weekly updates as we want to give the team ample time to do everything they need to do on the backend for maintenance. However, as others have mentioned, things usually come up sooner and we will always let players know when they do!

I can’t speak for every single person on our publishing team, but many of us do play regularly because we love the game and even more try to hop in to make sure they can understand what players are experiencing properly. Of course, everyone games differently and some are more hardcore than others; while my direct team has a handful of T3 grinders, I absolutely am a snail on live servers and still have a ways to go to get there…

Actually, last time we talked to SGR, our team had the highest item level staff member. I should check in to see if anyone has surpassed him yet Also most of us on both SGR and my team at AGS are on the same server, but I will not be leaking that mostly for fun. See if you ever spot any names you recognize!!
