The plan is to roll out with the latest and greatest in this version of the game so that players don’t have to spend a ton of time on a character that is planned to change. However, I cannot discuss or confirm any rework plans or schedules ahead of Korea sharing the information

I posted this in the other thread, so I’m not entirely sure why this one spun up, it warrants cross-posting here:

A large majority of our players aren’t on the forums – they get their news for the game through Twitter, the website, advertisements, whatever other channels. Marketing the game and building hype allows us to build excitement for new content releases, get new players into the game or lapsed players back into the game with things to look forward to. I understand you might be super engaged already and not care about marketing, but that doesn’t mean it’s not important for supporting the game and keeping up a healthy lifecycle.

I always prefer to be a human first, and I can absolutely confirm I am hilarious. When things get rough on the forums or in the community, I read the room, reel it in, and go back to business first (and if I’m being honest, this is in part because I have had some very serious not-so-fun experiences in my past gaming CM lives that emerged out of those tense moments, and would like to avoid that happening ever again, as most folks would). Regardless, I am here for the long run, and we will keep working to move the game and community into the best spot it can be in.

So… not getting extra free stuff because you already got all of the available free stuff is considered an active punishment? Just want to make sure I’m getting that right.

Spoil that it’s coming, not the date and tease I know, though. Everyone in the forums is super leaned in (I mean, y’all noticed this almost immediately), so I don’t mind giving a little extra info here but also don’t want to completely confirm or deny anything and get in the way of the plans coming from other teams.

The books do indeed last a week longer! I can neither confirm or deny any and subsequent speculations quite yet as to not ruin hype marketing, but you’ll know by early next week

(we are going to do a little bit of excitement marketing around this upcoming content update, so I don’t want to just spoil that here in the forums… but we’ll have that release date shared in the next few working days and I will be sure to be loud about that information here when it happens)

The being able to buy more tickets without using them was an oversight that I apologize for, but we are extending the amount of available slots (looking at the April update, ideally) and anyone who already purchased them will be able to use them then.

Some of the short notes I’ve gotten include that Glaivier is definitely a fan favorite class, and Destroyer’s stagger skills pair well with Valtan (and a few other fun bits that we’ll reveal closer to the update)

We are watching to make sure enough players are ready for the content and time it accordingly as stated in the roadmap, however we definitely want legion raids to start being available for players

This happens… often, and I deeply apologize. Generally, opening a ticket is the most ideal way to get support.

Unfortunately the mount does only last for the season, as it’s meant to be a seasonal status symbol – this is how these rewards function in all regions (ie, Korea as well)
