When you download the Korean VO Pack from Steam, Lost Ark will automatically launch which may pause your download and cause it to be incomplete. If this occurs, you will need to uninstall the VO Pack and redownload it to ensure the full 5.4 GB download is complete. You can do this by clicking “Manage DLC” on the Lost Ark page in your Steam library, then unchecking and rechecking Korean VO Pack option.

Regarding bugs surrounding missing audio for specific character classes and during the Stronghold cutscene, we are still working on resolving these issues and will share updates when we receive them.

Unfortunately the JP voiceover for the game is owned by a separate publishing company, so we are unable to bring it over

Platinum skin is an exclusive color, so is not intended to be dyeable

While I understand there is a frustrating situation happening specific to those players who have already redeemed their Founder’s Packs on a crowded server, it is important to keep in mind that new players are coming into the game every day. Opening more servers creates new spaces for these players to go, and also helps to keep them from joining the queues and lengthening them on the already highly-populated servers.

While it is not a fix for those who have redeemed Founder’s Packs, and we are looking into how to address that specifically, it helps prevent more cases of this and helps prevent additional impact of new players on existing queues the meantime.

We are working with the team for potential avenues forward to provide a smoother experience for players, especially those that have already redeemed Founder’s Packs as that seems to be a major reason (and a completely understandable one) for not wanting to switch servers. I will provide an update when I am able.

I posted this elsewhere to clarify in another thread, and I think it is worth reiterating here –

The suggestion to explore other server options is for folks who have not yet redeemed their Founder’s Packs from their product inventories, or have not yet begun playing; I understand the frustration for those who have, and we are looking for other possible avenues forward for the situation.

As soon as I am able to provide a further update, I will.

As far as I’m aware this is not the intended behavior, so even if it is happening I do not want to guarantee or confirm it. I can do some more digging into the topic.

Currently, deleted character names should no longer be available until they are manually released.

Server transfers are not currently a regular feature in any version of the Lost Ark game client, so this is a bit trickier because of that… would definitely be great if possible, but at this time it may not be plausible

We do have the ability to add additional servers to the region and will definitely do so if needed (we added 2 yesterday for EU), but we also understand that this does not necessarily help those who have already redeemed Founder’s Packs, so we are pushing for additional solutions or options as well.
