For anyone else that may be reading this thread, just a heads up that refunds will have to be pursued through Steam or Amazon, depending where you purchased your Founder’s Packs. Our staff here on the forums does not have the ability to grant refunds or address transactions.

“Trixion” is the location in Arkesia your player is in when the game starts! The tooltip points to your current location.

Steam has informed us that they have improved the issue and it should be mostly resolved; if you are still experiencing and have already tried restarting and relogging, please contact Valve support. This issue is client-side on Steam, so we cannot directly address it on our end.

Server queues are most prominent on a specific selection of EU servers; there are still additional servers both on EU and across other regions that have no queues.

We are now increasing server caps for full regions, but please be aware that game servers have a finite capacity and we are working to ensure server stability as we allow populations to increase.
