Appreciate this bit of feedback, and I know it’s frustrating – right now we’re seeing this to be very effective against combatting real-world fraud, though, so while we may be able to revisit it in the future we aren’t eager to change things too quickly quite yet. Either way, we can keep an eye on things!

This would be ideal, I agree, but unfortunately the June Update was pushed to the very last day of June, which set us back past early July to work through the July Update almost immediately.

We are aware of the various disconnect bugs, which there are a few megathreads on and are actively being investigated by teams now.
Stuttering and performance issues have been noted following the June Update and this is something else that has already been flagged. I myself have only seen a few reports of high CPU temps (luckily) but there are eyes on that as well.
Moving this thread to the bugs section of the forums since it’s bug-based.
I’ve seen so many of these beautifully posed Mokoko player character screenshots and images from hilarious and creative players and they never fail to make me laugh – it’s a lovely Friday and I just have an overwhelming need to see more.
Bonus points if you have a matching pet? But certainly not a requirement.

Read moreI am not on the support team and I do not work on New World, so I don’t have much insight as to how the other game’s system works, but what I do know is that all reports against players are reviewed by human CS agents before being actioned on.
If your friend is openly trash talking other players in the game and caught a ban, he probably wasn’t banned for cheating or due to mass reporting, but for what it was that he said to those other players. Abusive language and disruptive behavior are both rule-breaking and can result in penalties. He can review this page to learn more: Penalty Categories - Support | Amazon Games
This is how I was told the power passes we have function within the game. Specific power passes are individual “items” with their own details and requirements, and the power passes we have released thus far have all required players to complete previous content for use due to the way they are implemented. It’s great to see that there are also power passes/jumping passes that enable players to come in at a higher level; as we will catch up to the Korea server at some point I would assume these will also make their way to our version of the game, but they aren’t around quite yet.
Haven’t seen anyone else sharing about CPU temps yet, but I’m going to move this to the bug section to see if our team can investigate a bit…
We are actively working through the parameters for merge options for these servers, as we know the player population and experience is not ideal. Execution of this will take some time, but once plans are locked we will share comprehensive info with players on what steps we are taking and what to expect.
It is something we have explored potential options for, but unfortunately a regular transfer feature doesn’t seem to be on the horizon quite yet as getting these systems in place is a massive development undertaking.
Appreciate the feedback – we’ll be adjusting the Captcha System in the coming week.
